How do I return an item?
Please contact me first about any item you wish to return.
Though I make every effort to depict the items accurately in both photos and written descriptions, color calibrations on devices may vary slightly. I will gladly answer your questions about an item before you purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt for instructions on returning your item for a refund of the purchase price.
The returned item(s) must be postmarked to me within 10 business days. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition and box (if applicable) and packaged securely in a bubble mailer. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of the item in it’s original condition (unless an exception has been previously agreed upon.) If, in the rare case, I do not receive the returned item, it is your responsibility to file a claim for the loss, and a refund will not be issued.
